Semur Daging
beef braised in kecap

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cloves
1 tomato
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
600 ml water
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp black peppercorns
4 kemiri (candle nuts)
5 cloves garlic
6 shallots
2 cm jahe (ginger)

Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat in pieces an the tomato in small parts. Roast the ketumbar, the peppercorns and the kemiri dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the meat, the cinnamon, the nutmeg and the cloves and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the tomato, the kecap and the water and let it simmer slowly for 45 minutes until the meat is cooked. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
