Pacah Daging grilled/roated beef with a spicy raw sambal Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef sirloin 150 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) Haluskan: bumbu: 1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander) 1 tsp asem (tamarind) 3 cm kunyit (curcuma) 7 shallots 4 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp palmsugar Taburan: garnish: sambal totok 2 (see recipe) Cara membuat; preperation/method: Cut the meat in 2 pieces. Roast the ketumbar dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the santen and the meat and let it stand for 2 hours. Roast the beef slowlu above a charcoal fire until done/ Sprinkle the marinate ont top of the beef during roasting. Cut the meat into pieces and serve it with the sambal
