Sate Sapi fragant sate with beef Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 700 gr beef 1 salam leaf 2 tbsp oil 30 wooden skewers Haluskan; bumbu: 4 kemiri (candlenuts) 5 cm laos (galangal) 3 cm jahe (ginger) 3 red rawits 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 3 tbsp palmsugar 1 tsp salt Taburan: garnish: sambal kacang Cara membuat: preperation/method: Soak the skewers a few hours in water before using. Cut the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients fot the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the paste and let it stand for 12 hours. Thread the meat onto the skewers and roast the sate above a charcoal fire for 5 minutes until brown and done. Serve with sambal kacang.
