Tum Daging steamed wrapped spicy beef Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr minced beef 3 eggs 6 belimbing wuluh (sour carambola) 3 red rawits 8 salam leaves 250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) banana leaves biting (wooden sticks) Haluskan: bumbu: 3 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1/2 tsp jinten (cumin) 1 tsp pepper 4 kemiri (candlenuts) 8 shallots 1 cm kunyit (turmeric) 1 cm jahe (ginger) 5 cloves garlic 1 tbsp palmsugar 1 tsp salt Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the rawits fine and beat the eggs lightly. Slice the belimbing fine and halve the salam leaves. Roast the ketumbar and the jinten dry in a skillet and pound or grind all ingredients for the bumbu into a pastge. Mix the meat with the bumbu, the eggs, the belimbing and the rawits. Divide the mixture in 16 portions. Take a piece of banana leaf and put on a portion, half a salam leaf and 2 tbsp santen. Fold it then as a package and close it with the biteng. Steam the pacakages for 25 minutes until done and serve.
