Dendeng Manis Kering roasted or fried dried beef Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef 3 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 2 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 4 cloves garlic 3 cm laos (galangal) 3 salam leaves 1 tbsp palmsugar salt to taste Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the beef in thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Rub the meat with the bumbu and let it dry in the sun or in an oven. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the beef crispy and brown or roast it above a charcoalfire until done.
