Gulai Kancah stewed beef and liver Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 400 gr beef 300 gr liver 750 ml water 2 pieces asam gelugor (garcinia / Malabar tamarinde) 2 serehe (lemongrass) 3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves 1 kunyit leaf Haluskan: bumbu: 1 tsp black peppercorns 15 red rawits 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 4 cm laos (galangal) 3 cm kunyit (curcuma/turmeric) 3 cm jahe (ginger) 1 tsp salt Cara membuat; preperation/method: Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the water and add the bumbu, the beef, de asam gelugor, the sereh, the jeruk purut, the kunyit leaf and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add the liver and let it simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the liquid has nearly evaporated.
