Dendeng Bumbu Basa fried beef with a nutty taste Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr sirloin steak 1 tsp asem / tamarind 12 shallots 3 cloves garlic 3 salam leaves salt to taste 4 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 11 kemiri (candlenuts) 1 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1 tsp jinten (cumin) 1 tsp trassi bakar (shrimp paste) 1 tsp gula jawa (palmsugar) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Poound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the meat into pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu, the shallots, the garlic, the salam, the salt and the asem for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it slowly until the meat is cooked and crispy. Add a little water if needed.
