Frikadel Jawa sweet meat balls Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr minced meat 1 tbsp palmsugar 3 red lomboks (large chilies) 1 tbsp lime juice 2 shallots 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce) salt to taste 1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) 1 egg 2 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1 tsp jinten (cumin) oil Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the garlic, the lomboks and the shallots very fine. Mix all ingredients very well and form small balls of the mixture. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the balls brown and done.
