Daging Semur slowly cooked beef Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 400 gr sirloin steak 2 clove garlic 5 shallots 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 cloves salt to taste 2 tbsp vinegar 300 ml water 1 potato 1 tomato 3 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce) 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Cut the meat into cubes and also with the potato. Slice the tomato into parts. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the pepper, the salt, the cloves and the nutmeg for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the potato, the tomato, the vinegar, the kecap and the water and let it simmer slowly for 3 hours.
