Dengdeng Surabaja beef Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) 2 tbsp rice vinegar 3 shallots 250 ml water 1 tbsp riceflour 2 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 1 clove 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and rub it in the meat. Cut the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the trassi for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the water and the vinegar and let it simmer covered and slowly for 1 hour. Mix in the flour to thicken the sauce and serve.
