Daging Campur Pedis spice beef with corn and bamboo Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef 200 gr baby corn 100 gr rebung (bamboo shoots) 3 spring onions 2 shallots 5 red and green lomboks (large chilies) 3 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce) 1 tbsp kecap manis 125 ml water 1 tsp corn flour 3 tbsap oil Haluskan: bumbu: 7 cm ginger (jahe) 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp palmsugar Cara membuat; preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients of the bumbu into a paste. Cut the spring onions in slices 3 cm long. Cut the lomboks into thin strips. Slice the shallots thin and the meat into thin slices. Mix the bumbu with the shallots, the kecap and the meat and let in marinade for at least 1 hour. Mix the nam pla with the water and the corn flour. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the corn, the rebung, the lomboks and the spring onions for 2 minutes and remove them. Then add the meat and fry it brwon. add the remaining marinade with the nam pla mixture and fry it until the sauce has thickened. Then add the vegetables and fry it for 2 minutes. Then serve.
