Pindang Sapi Kudus beef stew Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef 1 bunch melinjo leaves 200 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) 3 salam leaves salt to taste Haluskan: bumbu: 6 kemiri (candlenuts) 1 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1/2 tsp jinten (cumin) 1 kluwek nut 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 4 cm laos 1 tsp asem / tamarinde Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat in small chuncks and the melinjo leaves of the stem. Heat in a wok the santen and add the bumbu, the salam, the melinjo, the salt and the meat and let it simmer slowly for 90 minutes until the meat is done and the sauce had evaporated.
