Semur Otak brain in spicy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 450 gr beef brain 2 shallots 2 tbsp oil 150 ml water 1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce) 1 tomato 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 cloves Cara membuat: Cut the shallots fine. Pound of grind the nutmeg, the pepper, the cloves, the salt and the tomato into a paste/sauce. Steam the beef brain for 10 minutes. Let it cool an cut it in 10 slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato paste/sauce, the water and the kecap and stir. Add the brain slices and let in simmer and covered for 10 minutes until its done and the sauce has thickened.
