Gulai Lemak spicy beef stew Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 500 gr sirlion beef 1000 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair) salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 7 shallots 6 candlenuts 5 red rawits (small chilies) 10 red lomboks (large chilies) 1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1/2 tsp jinten (cumin) 3 cm kunyit (kurkuma/turmeric) 100 gr grated coconut Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the beef into cubes. Pound or grond all the ingrediens for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the salt and the beef. Pour in the coconut milk at let it simmer until the meat is done and the coconut milk has tickened. Serve
