Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
15 dried red loboks (large chillies) + water
5 tbsp oil
1 cinnamon
300 ml water
salt to taste

Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 shallots
4 cm ginger
5 candlenuts
2 tbsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cook the lomboks for 10 minuten in water en drain them. Add the lomboks to the bumbu and pund the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu with the cinnamon for 4 minutes. Then add the water and the salt and cook it slowly for 10 minutes.
