Satay Peanut sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 375 gr peanuts (not salted) 250 ml water 1 tbsp kecap manis 1 ½ tbsp palmsugar ½ tsp salt 4 tbsp asem water (tamarind) 4 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 7 dried lomboks 4 cloves garlic 3 shallots 2 sereh (lemongrass, white only) 3 cm laos (galangal) 1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander) Cara membuat: preparation/method: Soak the lomboks in warm water. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Pound or grind the peanuts coarse. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the peanuts, the water, the asem water, the palmsugar, the kecap and the salt and let it simmer slowly while stirring it, until the sauce becomes smooth.
