Kroket Kentang potato croquettes Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr potatoes 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp pepper 1 egg 1 tbsp water 50 gr breadcrumb / cheese flour Bahan-bahan filling: ingredients: 2 shallots 2 cloves garlic 100 gr minced meat 1 carrot 50 gr kouseband / snake beans 50 ml water 1 red rawit 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp palmsugar 1 spring onion 1 stalk celery 1 tbsp flour 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp oil Bahan-bahan saus: ingredients sauce: 50 gr peanuts 2 red lomboks 1/2 tsp salt 150 ml water 1 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp palmsugar Cara membuat: preparation/method: Steam the potatoes until done and mash them. Slice the shallots, the rawit and the garlic fine. Slice the carrot, the snake beans, the spring onion and the celery fine. Mix the flour with 2 tbsp water. Beat the egg with 1 tbp water. Mix the mashed potatoes, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg well together. Heat in a pan the 1 tbsp oil and fry the shallots and the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the meat, the carrot and the snake beans and fry it until the liquids have evaporated. Mix in the water, the rawit, the palmsugar, the spring onion and the celery. Mix in the flour and stir it until it thickens. Let it cool down. Take 2 tbsp of the potato mixture an roll it out until it is 1/2 cm thick. Put on 3 tbsp of the meat mixture and flod it close in a oblong shape. Dip it in the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Heat in a wok enough oil and fry the krokets until golden brown. Drain on kitchenpapar and serve it with the sauce. Cara membuat saus: preparation/method sauce: Pound or grind the peanuts, the salt, the palmsugar and the lomboks fine into ap aste. Mix in the water and the vinegar. Heat it a pan until the sauce forms. Let it cool down before serving.
