Base be Pasih balinese bumbu for fish dishes Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 11 red lomboks 7 cloves garlic 15 shallots 10 cm jahe (ginger) 10 cm kunyit (curcuma/turmeric) 1 peeled large tomato 1 tbsp coriander seeds 10 kemiri nuts (candle nuts) 1 tsp trasi udang (shrimp paste) 4 tbsp oil 3 tbsp asem (tamarind) 2 salam leaves 2 sereh (lemon grass) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Deseed the lomboks. Pound or grind the lomboks, the shallots, the garlic, the jahe, the kunyit, the coriander, the trasi, the kemiri and the tomato into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and add the paste, the salam, the asem and the sereh and fry it golden brown. Let it cool down before using it.
