Babi Cin Pork cutlets in a date and mushroom sauce
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 4 pork cutlets 125 gr pearl barley 7 dried red dates 7 dries shi-take mushrooms 3 cloves garlic 2 cm jahe (ginger) 1 tbsp palmsugar 4 tbsp kecap mansi 2 tbsp arak 2 tbsp five-spices mixture 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper 2 tbsp oil Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Soak the barley in water. Soak the dates and the shi-take in water. Slice the garlic fine and crush the jahe. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the cutlets shortly. Add the garlic and the jahe. Then add the palmsugar and let it caramelize. Then add the arak, the kecap, the five-spices mixture and the clove. Add the barley, the shi-take, the date and a little of the water. Sprinkle the pepper on top and let it simmer slowly for 20 minutes until done. Then serve.
