roasted sucking pig

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 sucking pig (10 kg)
24 cloves garlic
2 tbsp pepper
salt to taste
oil

sambal kecap

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the garlic and the pepper into a paste. Rub in the pig with the paste (inside and outside). Put the pig on the spit and roast it in 4 hours done and crisp. Keep the spit turning at all times. Mix the oil with the salt and rub it on the pig during roasting. Start after 2 hours. Cut the pig into pieces and serve it with the sambal

tip: mix some grounded kunyit with the oil for a shiny look
