Tinaransay spicy pork with ginger from Menado Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 700 gr pork 6 cm ginger 4 red lomboks 3 shallots 5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves 2 kunyit leaves 3 sereh (lemon grass), crushed 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 4 tbsp water Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the meat into pieces, Deseed the lomboks. Pound or grind the ginger, the lomboks and the shallots fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minuts. Add the meat, the sereh, the kunyit leaves, the jerut purut leaves and the salt and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the water and let it simmer slowly and covered for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked.
