Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
1000 gr varios pork (meat, hart, liver, blood, entrails)
1 bunch kemangi (citron basil)
5 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
salt to taste

wooden sticks

8 cloves garlic

6 cm ginger
5 cm kunyit (turmeric)

Cara membuat:

preperation/method:
Chop the meat coarse. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the jerut putuy fine and pluck the kemange leaves. Mix all ingredients and use bananea leaves to form a package. close the edges with the wooden sticks. cook the package slowly for 45 minutes above a charcoalfire until done.
