Peanut chicken


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 chicken (1250gr)
250 ml santen (coconut milk)
1 salam leaf
2 cm laos
75 gr peanuts, roasted

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
5 red lomboks
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1 tsp salt
2 cm jahe (ginger)
200 ml santen

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the santen and add the bumbu. Then add the chicken, the salam, the laos and the peanuts and let it simmer slowly until the fluid is nearly evaporated and the chicken is done. Then serve
