Bebek Smor Kecap braised duck in soy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 1 young duck (1350gr) 2 tbsp honey or palmsugar 125 ml kecap asin 1 star anise or 1 cinnamon stick 3 cm jahe (ginger) 3 cloves garlic Cara membuat: preperation/method: Add all ingredients into a large pan and let it cook slowly until the duck is cooked. Cut the duck into pieves and serve them with the remaining sauce
