Ayam Goreng Campur
Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 1250 gr chicken 3 cm ginger 3 cloves garlic 2 shallots 450 ml water 1 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tbsp palmsugar 1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce) pepper to taste 1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) salt to taste 3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the garlic and the shallots fine. Rasp the ginger. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the trassi, the shallots and the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry this for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly for 45 minutes and serve.
