3 tbsp oil
1 recipe masak habang paste
salt to taste

Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat in a wok/wadjan the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the masak habang paste and the sal an let it simmer slowly for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is done.
