Guisadong Repolyo cabbage with meat Ingredients: 250 gr white cabbage 250 gr chicken liver 125 gr pork 5 cloves garlic 2 shallots 4 tbsp oil 500 ml chicken stock 2 tbsp kecap manis Preperation/method: Cut the shallots and the garlic in thin slices, the meat in pieces and the cabbage in large squares. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the meat and fry it nearly done. Add the cabbage and the stock and let it simmer slowly for 3 minutes until the cabbage is nearly cooked. Mix in the kecap and serve. |
